Creating Safe Trails at School

We are thrilled to announce our plans for the upcoming Longhorn Bike Skills Park in Payson!

This new ~2,500 linear foot mountain bike skills park will be constructed on the Payson Unified School District property, specifically at the Rim Country Middle School, in collaboration with the school and Mountain Bike Alliance. Longhorn will be the fourth MTB skills park built by Wheel Fun, and we’re excited to bring this fun and dynamic space to the students and the local community when school is not in session!

Bike skills parks like Longhorn provide a safe and engaging environment for kids to learn and practice their mountain biking skills, promoting physical fitness, confidence, and a love for the outdoors. They also offer the community a valuable recreational area, encouraging healthy, active lifestyles and family fun.

Wheel Fun fundraises for these vital amenities, and your support makes projects like Longhorn possible. Funding permitting in 2024, we plan to break ground in 2025. Have a helping hand in the project and donate today! All donations are eligible for Arizona state charitable tax credits of up to $938 for joint filers or $470 for other filing statuses.

Thank you for your continued support!
