Sponsor Wheel Fun: Help Arizona Kids Ride, Learn, and Thrive

When you become a Wheel Fun sponsor, you join a community of individuals and businesses who are passionate about empowering youth through cycling. Your sponsorship may also qualify for a business tax deduction.

Choose the sponsorship level that fits your goals. You can support a rider, club, ride, camp, bike park, or even the entire program. Contributions can be made one-time or monthly, and you can also enter a custom amount with a specific designation.

Every sponsorship includes meaningful recognition: shout-outs, logo visibility, photos and testimonials, and most importantly, a lasting impact for youth in your community.

Sponsorship Opportunities

🚲 Small Business Sponsorships

• $100 – Fuel a Ride
  Provides a helmet and hydration pack for one student.
  Recognition: Business name listed on Wheel Fun website.
• $250 – Equip a Rider for a Semester
  Covers safe gear and bike maintenance for one student for a year.
  Recognition: Website listing + one thank-you social media shoutout.
• $500 – Sponsor a Rider for the Year
  Funds a semester of safe rides, gear, and coaching for one student.
  Recognition: Website listing + social media thank-you post + inclusion in quarterly e-newsletter.
• $1,500 – Support Coach Training
  Trains and certifies 5 volunteer coaches, each mentoring 10–20 kids.
  Recognition: All above + logo in coach training materials + social media highlight as “Fueling Volunteer Leaders.”
• $2,500 – Boost a Club
  Supports bike maintenance and volunteer coaching for one school club for a year.
  Recognition: All above + spotlight feature on social media + recognition at local school/community events.

🚲 Corporate & Major Sponsorships

• $5,000 – Sponsor a Camp/Ride
  Provides dozens of kids with a seasonal camp or adventure ride.
  Recognition: Website + social media thanks + logo on event banners & promo materials + recognition in event press release + invitation to attend camp and introduce business.
• $6,000 – Sustain a Club
  Keeps one school club running for a full year (manager support, coach stipend, bike maintenance).
  Recognition: All above + logo tied to a specific school club + personalized thank-you from students & coaches + recognition at local school events + logo on coaches’ T-shirts.
• $15,000 – Launch a New Club
  Fully funds a new club with bikes, helmets, hydration packs, trained coaches, and program support.
  Recognition: All above + naming rights for a school club (e.g., “Topock Elementary Bike Club sponsored by Hale’s Roofing”) + launch press release + photos with students + invitation to attend practice + three social media highlights + optional company logo stickers on bikes.
• $50,000 – Transform a Community
  Funds a bike park or regional program expansion, opening opportunities for thousands of Arizona kids.
  Recognition: All above + major naming rights (bike park feature, regional program, or statewide initiative) + logo featured on high-visibility assets (trailers, tents, signage) + media spotlight + employee volunteer day opportunities + guaranteed social posts + logo on coaches’ T-shirts.
